Pulsewatch started in 2024 as an internal tool at a Frankfurt-based logistics platform, built because every existing monitoring product either cost too much per seat or buried real signal under noisy fixed-threshold alerts.

We spun it out in 2025 as its own company. Today the check network runs from twelve regions across Europe, North America, and Asia, and the team is fully remote across five countries.

What we believe

• Alerts should be rare and trustworthy, not frequent and ignored.
• Pricing should scale with infrastructure, not with how many people look at a dashboard.
• A monitoring vendor going down should never take your status page with it — ours is built to survive our own outages.

The team

Pulsewatch is built by a small team of backend and infrastructure engineers. We don't publish headcount, but we answer support tickets ourselves, on a rotation, every week.
