This policy describes what data Pulsewatch GmbH ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and monitoring service, and how it is used.
Account data (name, email, billing details), the URLs and ports you configure for monitoring, and check results (latency, status codes, timestamps) for those endpoints. We do not collect data from the systems you monitor beyond what's needed to perform the check you configured.
To operate the monitoring service, send alerts you've configured, and process payment. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use check data for advertising.
Check history is retained according to your plan (7, 90, or unlimited days). Account data is retained until you close your account, after which it is deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
Under the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
