Common questions

What counts as an endpoint?

Any URL, TCP port, or gRPC health check you configure us to watch. A single API with three regional load balancers behind it can be monitored as one endpoint with three checkers, or three separate endpoints — your choice.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Team and Scale plans support annual billing at a 15% discount. Contact us to switch an existing subscription.

What happens if I exceed my endpoint limit?

We'll email you before disabling any checks. Nothing is silently dropped.
